NUESTRA HISTORIA
La arquitectura fue el comienzo.
Hacer posibles los proyectos se convirtió en nuestro propósito.
WOH nació en Santiago en 2004 con la arquitectura como punto de partida y una convicción simple: los buenos proyectos se construyen sobre mucho más que un buen diseño.
Con el tiempo, esa convicción fue dando forma a nuestra manera de trabajar.
Lo que comenzó como una oficina de arquitectura evolucionó gradualmente hacia la coordinación de proyectos cada vez más complejos, integrando arquitectura, ingeniería, infraestructura, planificación, construcción y conocimiento técnico bajo una visión común.
El desarrollo de proyectos residenciales, comerciales y públicos nos llevó hacia nuevos territorios: infraestructura de transporte, aeropuertos, plataformas logísticas, puertos, instalaciones industriales, infraestructura deportiva y desarrollos urbanos de gran escala.
Cada proyecto incorporó una nueva capa de conocimiento y reforzó una misma idea:
EL DISEÑO ES SOLO UNA PARTE DE HACER POSIBLE UN PROYECTO.

A medida que los proyectos crecieron en escala y complejidad, nuestro rol también evolucionó.
COMENZAMOS A PARTICIPAR ANTES.
A VECES, MUCHO ANTES DE TRAZAR LA PRIMERA LÍNEA.

Entender el territorio.
Comprender las normativas.
Evaluar capacidades.
Estimar la demanda.
Estudiar la infraestructura.
Coordinar ingenierías.
Evaluar costos y riesgos.
Estructurar permisos.
Y comprender el negocio detrás del proyecto.

Esta evolución dio origen a INICIATIVA, ampliando nuestras capacidades hacia la estrategia de proyectos, la consultoría urbana e inmobiliaria, las iniciativas de infraestructura pública, los estudios de factibilidad y la estructuración de oportunidades desde sus etapas más tempranas.

La experiencia acumulada durante más de dos décadas nos llevó, inevitablemente y en sintonía con las transformaciones de nuestro tiempo, a preguntarnos cómo convertir ese conocimiento en información capaz de mejorar y acelerar la toma de decisiones.

Así nace DIGITAL_LAB, como una nueva extensión de nuestra manera de entender la arquitectura, la ciudad y el territorio: un espacio dedicado al desarrollo de soluciones de inteligencia urbana, herramientas digitales y plataformas capaces de integrar información territorial, normativa, inmobiliaria y de proyecto.
CABIDAS.APP representa esta evolución: transformar procesos que tradicionalmente han requerido múltiples fuentes de información, análisis y conocimiento especializado en herramientas digitales que permitan explorar oportunidades, evaluar escenarios y tomar mejores decisiones desde las primeras etapas de una iniciativa.
No entendemos la tecnología como algo separado de la arquitectura.
La entendemos como una nueva herramienta para leer el territorio, comprender sus restricciones, descubrir sus oportunidades y convertir información compleja en decisiones.

Hoy, WOH opera en la intersección entre arquitectura, ingeniería, estrategia de proyectos e inteligencia urbana.
Más de dos décadas de trayectoria nos han llevado a participar en más de 200 iniciativas, aproximadamente 19,8 millones de m² proyectados y más de 1,23 millones de m² construidos, trabajando junto a instituciones públicas, desarrolladores, inversionistas, constructoras, concesionarias y equipos multidisciplinarios.

PERO LOS NÚMEROS NO SON LA HISTORIA.
LA HISTORIA ES LO QUE APRENDIMOS EN EL CAMINO.
Que la arquitectura no puede separarse de la ingeniería.
Que el diseño no puede ignorar la economía.
Que la ambición necesita factibilidad.
Que la complejidad exige coordinación.
Que la información permite tomar mejores decisiones.
Y que un proyecto solo genera valor cuando una visión puede transformarse en realidad.

OUR STORY
Architecture was the beginning.
Making projects possible became the purpose.
WOH was founded in Santiago in 2004 with architecture at its core and a simple conviction: good projects are built on more than good design.
Over time, that conviction shaped the way we work.
What began as an architectural practice gradually expanded into the coordination of increasingly complex projects - bringing together architecture, engineering, infrastructure, planning, construction and technical expertise under a common vision.
Working across residential, commercial and public projects led us into new territories: transportation infrastructure, airports, logistics platforms, ports, industrial facilities, sports infrastructure and large-scale urban developments.
Each project added another layer of knowledge and reinforced the same idea:
DESIGN IS ONLY ONE PART OF MAKING A PROJECT HAPPEN.

As projects became larger and more complex, our role evolved as well.
WE BEGAN PARTICIPATING EARLIER.
SOMETIMES, LONG BEFORE THE FIRST LINE WAS DRAWN.

Understanding land.
Reading regulations.
Testing capacity.
Evaluating demand.
Studying infrastructure.
Coordinating engineering.
Assessing costs and risks.
Structuring permits.
And understanding the business behind the project.

This evolution eventually gave rise to INICIATIVA, extending our capabilities into project strategy, urban and real-estate consulting, public infrastructure initiatives, feasibility studies and the structuring of opportunities from their earliest stages.

More than two decades of accumulated experience inevitably led us - in response to the transformations of our time - to ask how that knowledge could be transformed into information capable of improving and accelerating decision-making.

This is where DIGITAL_LAB emerged, as a new extension of the way we understand architecture, cities and territory: a space dedicated to developing urban intelligence solutions, digital tools and platforms capable of integrating territorial, regulatory, real-estate and project information.
CABIDAS.APP represents this evolution: transforming processes that have traditionally required multiple sources of information, analysis and specialized expertise into digital tools that can help explore opportunities, evaluate scenarios and support better decisions from the earliest stages of an initiative.
We do not see technology as something separate from architecture.
We see it as a new tool to read territory, understand its constraints, uncover its opportunities and transform complex information into decisions.
